*The distance between the arches is a standard 2,50m. In areas affected by heavy snow it can be designed at 2m or 1.5m on request. The price will change depending on the distance requested.

Structure
The metallic structure is made of premium E260 round steel pipe, with 275 zinc/sqm Sendzimir galvanization. The arches have a 60mm diameter with a 1,5mm wall thickness. The profiles are telescopically joint and secured with class 8.8 quality screws. The structure is fixed in reinforced concrete pads.

Coverage
The entire surface of the classic tunnel is covered in 200μm three-layered film, sealed with steel clips. The film is thermal and it has the following properties: UV resistant (ultraviolet), EVA resistant (elongation 600%), anti-dust exterior layer, 90% transparency, 20% diffusion, anti-condensation interior layer, 0,20mm thickness, 57 months warranty and 10-12 years lifespan.

Access and Ventilation
There are aerodynamic double swing doors (5,2m width, 2,35m height) on both gables for ventilation and access opening towards the exterior.
